Sir the idli plates don’t seem to have enough space in between. When u make idlis, the plate on the top will squish the idlis in the plate below. Why didn’t u think of that Sir ☹️☹️

One lady had put a review video about how she was disappointed by this Idli pot she didn’t receive any replacement yet…steam is coming out on the sides it seems.

Ordered No. 15536-- THE GLASS LID GOT CRACKED AND FELL INTO THE RICE. Sir. I ordered Multi cooker, (strainer, stock pot and steamer) from your app on 29 june 24. It got delivered yesterday 11 july 24. I used it today. I kept water in the stock pot and placed the rice in the strainer, closed it with the glass lid. The lid got cracked and the handle fell into the rice. I raised a complaint on the delay in delivery of the product. No one called me or responded. This was unresponsive too. Attaching the video for your reference.
