Aadrai Jungle trek is an easy trek for everyone. You can able to see lots of waterfalls, dark forest, creatures and many more. During monsoon, the aadrai jungle trek is a must visit place for everyone. On the way of to aadrai jungle you can also able to see kalu waterfall.
How to reach ?
From Kalyan bus depo(near the station) Take buses that goes towards ahmednagar/nagar. Better to take 6:30am bus and it will drop you at Khubi phata at 9:30am. From khubi phata start walking towards khireshwar village. There is a road at the left side from khubi phata that lead you to khireshwar village. You will see a dam on the way to khireshwar village. This is Pimpalgaon dam. Otherwise wait for some minutes near the dam and you can catch local jeeps. They will take 20rs per person for khireshwar village.
There are two ways to start the trek. One is from khireshwar village and second from the main road that leads to khireshwar village.
You can able to see a temple at the left side of you while going to khireshwar. This is Nageshwar temple. Trek starts from here.
Otherwise hire a guide at 700-800rs at khireshwar village. Local villagers will take you to the aadrai trail.
On the way to aadrai jungle you can also able to see kalu waterfall from top.
Total trek time 4 hours ( Both side)
There is no entry fee.
