Hello! Thanks for watching! I have some mixed feelings about that. The amount of homes constructed in such a small amount of time definitely shows more errors made overall. I know some people that work for the company and they’re amazing people. We typically do see the Betenbough neighborhoods turn into mostly rental neighborhoods due to investors buying the pre owned homes after a year or two of originally ownership because of the low entry price for a practically new property.
