All are residential flats no office spaces , just bulder using the land to aell the flats unlike booja where there were more office space and less residential
It’s a long way to go, there is good enough land to construct commercial spaces. Already Grava business park is one of the biggest parks. Even if there isn’t much office then it will be best commercial spaces coming as all the rich people live there.

Have one query regarding an apartment. Looking to buy an apartment in gated under 80 lakhs budget. Found one in velimala. Skylark 1 by abhnandana infra. 60 % done. Dec 2025 handover. Got 4600 per sft for 1500 sft flat. Total 250 apartments. What's your opinion on this. Can we take apartments in velimala as this comes under budget and near to orr 2. What's the scope of future. It is located beside Big aaditri project.
Instead of settling so far from the city for a gated community flat, try the same with in city premises or Kokapet or to the most Kokila. The last option is if you are too tight on budget. As these options would give a better ROI when one intends for resale.
