Today, we are exploring Lund Cemetery in Greene County, Indiana. This is a beautiful & peaceful old cemetery that dates back nearly 200 years. The earliest known burial was in 1838 & the last known burial was in 1911.
The cemetery includes approx 20-25 headstones with dates that range from 1838-1887. Many of the stones are stacked against trees.
While exploring, we discovered a headstone from 1859 that included the stonemason’s name (check out that information in the video).
