The colours, the strips on the doors, the low ceiling, the tiles, the interior in general is a big no. And that garden definitely needs some decor

It feels like a house from Sims 2, where you only had the base game furnitures, and used the money cheat to build big rooms. :D It is one of the worst houses you've showed us!

This whole house is so clinical and sterile. Looks like a hospital/dentist or even a dated office space. Has potential and the floor plan/layout is great, it just lacks any style whatsoever! A shame really but also starting price is not bad... Gives the new owners some $$ to add their own personality which this property currently lacks.

3 million pound house, no swimming pool, the gym and cinema are just a a after thought and just a room that could be used as a bedroom, and not a dedicated gym/cinema, if i was spending that money, i would want a full on cinema room with projector and a proper leisure facilities.

Hasn't this house been on the market for nearly 3 years now? For that price and interior design no wonder it's still struggling to sell. Far better houses in Solihull have sold for less imo.

As a child of the eighties I remember the black ash and red trend well. It belongs firmly consigned to the history books- not in a brand new £3m property.

I live 15 mins from this house. Great to see inside. More money than sense, some nice bits, dreadful doors, just too big for the sake of it and the kitchen was too over the top. Reminds me of a modern but tacky B&B in Blackpool!! 😂😂

I have to say when a vendor is selling their property they should try as much as possible to keep to neutral colours and less of their personal style. That bits of red and those carpet just killed the property.

Not a massive fan of the red details throughout, but that can be changed easily enough. But my god that is a massive house!

The master en-suite was poorly designed, wasn’t it? What a waste of space, but the doors in the entire house with the patterns would do my nuts in. Also, some of these so-called walk-in closets remind me of tight shelving units when I used to work in retail, why not compromise some bedroom space and give more width for the narrow walk-in closets? 23:42 I'm sure the ensuite doors are not meant to open that way? For some reason, this entire house reminds me of a private health clinic/retirement home?

I will also change the doors to oak and electric gates and change the sofas honestly they need to be bigger 😂

Keep up the good work guys! My thoughts: + Nice garden and generous size of land - Rooms are oversized - who needs a room 10m long? That's a flat! - Red everywhere. This would be a good place to take someone on Valentines day only. - For a house that big you could have a proper 2nd floor, not a glorified loft extension. Feels claustrophobic Summary: waste of land. Convert this into flats or tear it all down and start again

I lived on Alderbrook Road in Solihull when I was younger and a builder bought our family home and redeveloped it. Though it was gut wrenching at the time but I'd love to see inside! Having said that I hope they did a better job than this !

Is it just me or these stairs in the middle look awkward and weird 90% of the time? Can't they put it on the side or something? It's a waste of space also.

It's lovely from the outside but in the inside you want it to feel cozy and warm and relaxing this just looks like an office space or hospital.

Everyone keeps going on about the decor but you can change it when you buy it! I love this house and would buy in a heartbeat but for closer to £2m than £3m! It’s a gorg house🥰

WOW! Modern and contemporary super home. Drive past regularly, live nearby. Most sought after area of Solihull. I would take out the red. Great for entertaining parties. A swimming pool and jacuzzi would be great in the garden (with a cover). Introduce a few palm trees in the front and back garden. Add more gym gear in that room. Convert room downstairs into a dance studio. Convert one of the rooms upstairs into a music recording studio (that would suite me) do all my music production recordings in-house. Games room for the kids. Plenty of guest room space. Check out those walk in wardrobes! Acres of space! Cool! Good review Matt & Summer.

Nice enough except for the red - but that’s easily changed. I would value it at around the 1.75 - 2 million though. It’s got no garages and no security electric gates at the front. Those are sliding doors there btw, not bi-folds. Bi-fold doors concertina together.

I like it. The design of the house being built next door is much nicer with the wow factor but this is still a nice house. IMO to be a £3M house it needs a very large open plan living area, which would now have to be built as an extension. Proper front and rear landscaping is a must, along with front gates, wall & railings. The vile red can be easily removed because it’s just soft furnishings.

Before even watching the inside tour I wanna say that 3 mil for a house with constant traffic going past is just not gonna cut it for me!

Whenever you buy a house it is normally the structure and layout that you are after and not necessarily the decor of the current owner so I don’t get all the interior design comments.This house has so much potential for the future owners. Another great vid Matt and Summer (love her giggles).

Love the house, in fact apart from it been about 5 times bigger than I imagined, its almost like the house of my dreams. Even the way it was built is amazing. Don't ever have to worry about squeaky floors or stairs in the future. Love the spacious two car garage. Too many houses in the UK don't have a decent garage. Most barely even fit one car. The master ensuite though... with it being so big and spacious I would have to remove that bath and get a nice big 2 person jacuzzi bath installed.

Build a £3 Million property then furnish it from what looks like a combination of IKEA and Dunelm.

Well, Matt and Summer, I take my hat off to you both. Unless you ARE genuinely impressed with everything about this building I'd be interested to know how much you were paid to big up this house! I mean, you're a lovely couple and I really wanted to be as excited as you seem to be, but in all honesty all this property has got going for it is the size. I'm guessing the current owner isn't planning on selling up any time soon because I can't imagine anyone else would want those interior doors. They are far too corporate for a domestic residence. In fact this is what my initial thoughts were, that it was the intention to run it as a small luxury boutique guest house. The front facia was badly let down by the white rendering. Far better to have used the tiling to cover the entire front of the property, imo. Or to have chosen a slate grey to mirror the colour of the tiles. Good attempt, though, to garner interest in the place.

i would get rid of the red but this house is so beautiful, obviously you need to find a way to fill up all that space but still beautiful and spacious

First impression from the front with those boring windows you would think a child of 6 drew up the look ..... claustrophobic ceilings ... in the front rooms , no ceiling design etc etc the list goes on .... Some dark brickwork around the fire of the main lounge and NOTHING else .... NO vision what’s so ever .... No chance

Best house I’ve seen. Love the colours, the tiles, the bathrooms the layout, all the storage, everything! Yes not a fan of the red or some of the furniture or glass frames. My dream house…
