Exploring a New River

Beautiful walk. I don't usually bother with any real fishing until May because the rivers and streams are just beginning to swell here, in NB. In fact, tomorrow, the Saint John river may breach flood levels in several places. As the part of the Oromocto river behind my house is within the tidal portion and its mouth is in the Saint John, the river is brimming to the edges, right now and could flood. So, no productive fishing here yet. I have to say that I'm jealous of your walk along the river, as I can't do the same here (the village has put road closed signs farther up my road already, in anticipation of the coming days developments.

I’d kill for a nice river and forest like that to fish on in southern Ontario. Love both your channels. Keep up the great content.
