Great video! Appreciate you sharing this. You were flat out putting on a buzzbait clinic out there. They were smashin it! Some really nice bass as well! Keep up the good work my friend!

Appreciate you brother! It was a fun outing. Didn’t have much time to explore, but the potential is there. Tight lines

I really enjoy Little Maumelle. I usually see a lot of deer along the banks too. Some nice fish got some sore lips on this day!!! Thanks for a great video!

We saw some deer too. It’s a great fishery. I need to allow more time for exploring. Thanks for watching

Little Maumelle is my absolute favorite place to fish here in Arkansas. You didn't even make it to the juicy spot. The health of that river is amazing. I've had 40+ fish days there.

Awesome video on a beautiful stretch of river! Thanks for sharing. Since youve had the Shoalie for awhile now, how does it compare to the Lite Tackle as far as paddling, maneuverability and stability? Thinking about picking one up at the National Fishing Expo in Columbus in two weeks.

Appreciate the view! In my opinion, the LT is more versatile. It tracks better which makes it more efficient when padding and it’s more stable with that keel. I have bowed fish and fly fished out of the LT standing. The Shoalie is great for moving shallow water. I love it, but it’s not as stable and doesn’t track well. The Shoalie maneuvers super well which is great when cutting through and around rapids, but can feel tippy if you don’t practice your primary and secondary stability Know your tipping points. The LT does good at maneuvering, but not as well because the keel will slow the turning down a little also it will catch a lot more river bottom in shallow water causing it to drag more. Looking back now, if I had one choice it would be the LT. It does everything well enough plus it tracks better with way more stability. So if you fish lakes and rivers, the LT is best. If you are 90% fishing moving shallow rivers and creeks, the Shoalie is great, but there is more of a learning curve with the stability. Now I weigh 235 and I’m 6’ tall, if you are lighter than me then you will probably pick up on it faster lol. My choice is the LT. Tight lines!

Thanks Eric! Appreciate it. I have the CK1 now and love the maneuverability but was looking to upgrade to the Shoalie for the added features. I have been on and paddled the LT though and the CK1 was alot easier for me to paddle and maneuver (shoulder surgeries) so i didnt want to lose the maneuverability by going with the shoalie. Im probably 70/30 rivers to lakes but most of my lakes are very small. I also have a Hobie Outback for lakes but honestly i prefer the open deck layout and im actually considering selling the Hobie.
