Exploring A Strange Scary Camp In The Woods

I discovered this strange camp in the woods while out on another adventure. After verifying that the people camping there were trespassers and had been run off of the property, I decided to explore what they left behind and discovered some unlawful activity.
About Aquachigger:
I enjoy metal detecting for historical items like gold coins, relics, silver coins, and other buried treasures. I also metal detect for gold and silver nuggets and even meteorites. I like to make videos that promote my choice of lifestyle that includes outdoor adventure,
metal detecting, yapping, searching for river treasure, SCUBA diving, exploring abandoned places, hiking, caving, caring for animals and pets, and observing the things outdoors that often go unnoticed by most people who are not familiar with outdoor adventures and nature. I keep my RU-vid "Aquachigger" channel family-friendly and hope you subscribe if you like my style.
BTW, you can also catch me here, / chiggsarmy ,but I may get a little edgier there. FB isn't a place for kids anyway...lol.

The government seems to be giving more and more money away to those who have no correlation to the United States. Administration after administration has failed to properly care for those who risked their lives for said government who told them they’d be taken care of for their service. I hate the Russian/Ukraine situation but if we had billions to send right away on the command on Zelensky then certainly veterans are purposefully getting shafted.

@mattnobrega6621 Год назад
Exactly. I'm a veteran and I never been homeless living in the wild but I seen many who have and it's not easy but you learn the hard way about how to survive. I wouldn't survive out on the streets as I am now a type 1 diabetic. One thing to remember that no one seems to realize is that there is no such thing as homelessness. Your place of origin(where you are from) is your home. The correct term should be "without shelter" unless you have survival training and can make all the things you need by which it would be called " stealth housing". That's just how I look at it 🤷‍♂️

I had a special old logging trail I ran all the time and I got bored with it and one day I took a turn about half way through and after 1/4 mile or so off trail I ran dead through a hobo camp, I was in the middle of it before I even realized it and I was freaked out a bit and so were all the people jumping out of tents and from under tarps, scared the heck out of each other. There was a huge pile of cans and bottles, so they had been there a while.

I was hiking recently along some rail road tracks not too deep in the woods just off a well used hiking trail came up on a wheel chair parked right against the tracks walked up to it and saw a homeless man sound asleep in this tent, 'door" wide open right next to track. he had it fixed up with make shift pantry and closet...super creepy I ran in the other direction.

I feel heartbroken about homeless veterans. But most homeless vets keep their camps clean and would try not to trespass on someone's property or leave filth. What we are seeing here is urban #%#%##% if I were that farmer I would be enraged to see criminals camped on my land .

Sad I see them here too, on a public bike trail I know of a encampment and I try to tell them get rid of your trash, that's what people hate most of all. They never listen sooner or later mother nature, the weather wins over. but the set trap worries me someone might be lingering around there.

Whoa Chigg, from disgusting grower to veteran, I can’t see trespassing, though I have been homeless and can remember that not seeming like a priority at that time. I do know what this is, I’ve seen operations of all sizes, nope that’s some one who is sick from what’s become of the country he bleed for, checking out. That I get.

All the stuff people give to the homeless, unfortunately it just ends up as someone else’s garbage. Maybe someday we’ll figure out a good way to help these people.

Both the trespassing and all the garbage left makes me so angry ! Just that total disrespect of someone's property. I wish the farmer would haul all that crap to the dump. Just like Graphiti, if left it will multiply. Sad, yes, but ........
