Guatape, Colombia is SERIOUSLY INCREDIBLE! From its history, colorful zocalos and the chance to climb El Peñón de Guatape (La Piedra del Peñol) you can’t miss it while traveling Colombia. If you are in Medellin you can access Guatape by a day trip or you can stay the night or two - which we recommend as you will want a couple days to soak in it’s atmosphere. In this video we are going to not only climb La Piedra but also walk you through the town of Guatape while talking about its history a bit and of course sample some drinks and food in town!
