This is on Bailey Ave between Walden Ave and Doat Street. East Side. Holy Name of Jesus. I grew up on Sumner Place. My sister and i all went to school there in the late 70's through 1988 when we moved out of the city to Hamburg NY. Amazing memories watching this video. Thank you for sharing. Feel free to ask me some questions. I remember it all. I was Baptized in the Church next store. My older sister was married there. We all made our First Communions there as well. Back than life was Amazing. I miss it, the neighborhood has changed so much and not for the good. Used to be a beautiful place to live.
I went to school there K-8.back in the early 80's. Sad to see it like that but at least it's still standing. Cool video tho, always wondered how it was now. Thanks for the tour! 👍
There is 12 abandoned schools in buffalo currently you can only get into 2 and the most of the rest are alarmed was not fun walking into 7 alarmed buildings quite the day full of running but now you know.
I went to school in buffalo # 88 and 81. back in the 60's and 70's. we were a bag of skittles, every color, belief, and nationalities. we were all blind. we didn't know we were supposed to hate each other. "adults" had to teach us this
Absolutely shocking to see what's left of it, but my time there was hell on earth because of the bullies I went to school with. By the way, this is kind of vertigo-inducing the way this was filmed.

I dropped out of school because of bullies and gangs. Had to get a GED because no teacher or administrator wanted to do their job, today i'd have a lawsuit!! I hope you're okay now, though it sure does leave a mark on the inside.
I hate to be critical, but can you use a different camera, or lens? Everything is like half round. A table should be square, not rounded. Otherwise, nice vid
interesting I did not know of an abandon schools in Buffalo. you should defantliy say were this is in buffalo no need to keep it a secret because then this place can be dealt with instead of sitting trashing buffalo.
Does anyone know what happened to this school? Have they demolished it yet or is it still in the same deplorable condition as it was when they published this video? How incredibly sad and heartbreaking. :(
+Jacky Christ I'm an experienced urban explorer. I know what people do. I respect your hobby but I believe In being a little more responsible with name dropping because people don't always do their research. There are a lot of younger kids on RU-vid and it shouldn't be encouraged or made easier for them.
+Jacky Christ it's an underground activity and social media has kind of changed that... However I do enjoy your videos ☺ do you have an instagram or Facebook? Feel free to look me up. Www.instagram.com/mydarlingone
I saw this on the way to researching something else. While exploring historic places can be a fun and interesting pursuit, I found the behavior of the persons doing this one--and the one of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church on Emslie St.--extremely disrespectful.
