Hello and thank you for the videos of your travels I am disabled I can not move from home thanks to you I travel with you thank you with all my heart cordially. Alain from the 18th Paris France
Thanks! I live in Asheville and this is by far the most comprehensive video I've seen, you captured the size and feel of this town perfectly. I must add, it's a little different when you're living here though.
Robert, I enjoyed your video, commentary and the Robert Morales music. Your laid back commentary and the music made the tour exceptional. We will be there at the end of March, thanks for the armchair tour.
Such a wonderful video...Ashville is a majestic place to live Thanks Dear Robert for showing us Ashville...you are really a great person love you from Pakistan. 😍😍
Thank you for the video of my hometown. Yes, the Vance monument is no more. No biggie to me though, I never go downtown much anymore. I too am disabled and love to watch your travels by video. God bless.
I feel myself like travelling with you and be the main driver deciding at any piont of time where and when I do stop camp or filming.Robert, believve me You do this work with great professionnalism. Keep it so my dear. I'm your fan from a very very far Country.
ROBERT, AT APPROXIMATELY 19:55, IM ALMOST CERTAIN SIR, YOU CAUGHT A SPIRIT GOING ACROSS YOUR SCREEN, FROM RIGHT TO LEFT!!!👻 CONGRATULATIONS MY FRIEND!🙋♀️
Great video and nice memories of my 1981 visit to the Biltmore Estate + Blueridge Parkway ... during an almost five-week-long motorhome trip. The Châteaux de la Loire must have impressed the architecture a lot. I have visited them dozens of times and still like them.
Great video Robert - loved the editing. You really captured the charm and beauty of this area. I just left Asheville and had a wonderful time there. My trip was more to visit my family which live in Asheville. Thanks for taking us along on a great trip!
I forgot to mention,...my godmother was married to a dynamite expert who helped build much of the Blue Ridge Parkway back in the 1930's. His name was Mr. Anz. He died many years before I ever met Mrs Anz, they are buried in Riverside Cemetery, not far from Thomas Wolf. One of the few Italian ladies that my mother met when she first came to this country from Italy. My father was in the US Navy and married her over there and brought her here with my brother who was one year old at the time. Happy travels!
Hi Robert, thanks for sharing yet another splendid video which I thoroughly enjoyed watching here, as always.Great show, pal!.Greetings from William in Bruges,Belgium
Very good video....Thank you for filming the inside of the Biltmore house as I am unable to do all that walking. I enjoyed seeing Asheville also....didn't realize it was so big.
Another great video, Robert. Thank you! Some time soon you're going to have to do a video on your actual videography. What you look for, how you record, which settings, how you edit your footage, colour correct, etc. I think your fans might be interested in it (at least I would be). Thanks again.
Great vid. , really excellent, and thank you for showing so much on the Biltmore Estate. This is my first video of yours ..I've never seen this channel before but I think I'll subscribe .
That was really cool - I enjoyed watching this excellent video (with musical accompaniment) production. At first I didn't know if it would be worth 30+ minutes....but after getting sucked in and watching for about 10 minutes, the answer was clear! Thank you for posting....keep at it...I'm anticipating more!!!
I've lived in NC for 63 years and run from that kind of "music"... I fear people will tag the state as hick over the "music". I think we have much better food and vistas to share. If you enjoy the music please take it with you.
Harcourt Mudd so would you say it’s not like that? Do they play other music? This actually turned me off sorry to say but it makes me anxious to hear that kind of music.

Thank you for this video. I will be having the cookie too.😂 Stay blessed so I can keep traveling in your rv cause it's free free in your rv. Sorry I made up my own words to your song. 😊
Hi, Robert 👍🏼 I enjoyed watching your video of touring Asheville NC and the beautiful scenery of downtown and the surrounding areas. Thanks for sharing !!! Danny
Robert, This video is one of your best with great videography and editing. I enjoy all of your adventures, but this really caught my eye. Good work and thank you for sharing.
Make sure you visit the Grove Park Inn in Asheville on your next trip to Asheville,...and be sure to eat at Tupelo Honey Cafe. There are are two of them. I recommend the one on College St.
Loved your Biltmore video. I remember back when you would get put off the estate for taking pictures in Biltmore, glad to see they've changed their policy. My favorite restaurant on the estate is the Stable Cafe, delicious food.
I just did KOA West. After watching your video I should of done KOA East. Thanks for great video. You showed what I missed. I did the Red and White trolly ride for 2 days. Nice vacation and video. BTW I love your voice. We did some scary roads too following GPS. Helen is great. Check out Oncoi State Park. Anna Ruby Falls.
Thank you Robert, you saved us $200 in entrance fee for the Biltmore, now we finally got to see it, we have been in Ashville twice and that was the only place left to see, have you visited Helen Georgia? That is a pretty quaint little town made to look like a Bavarian town in Austria or Germany, anyway, thanks for the video.
I am going to Helen very soon, for Oktoberfest and fall foliage, so look out for that video in a few weeks. Always happy to save you money on attractions, although it wasn't quite $200, but close enough. I figure it is some I'll do only once..
Traveling Robert We are 4 people, hence the $200, just be sure to make reservations in Helen, it gets really crowded during ocktoberfest. Greetings....
We like going their during Christmas time, it's so beautiful during that time. Robert you are close to where I live, come on a little further in to Tennessee.
The Grove Arcade is really not an arcade. It's an old little mall in downtown Asheville. It wasn't very busy when we there Actually while you're there you can buy tickets for the Trolley bus Tour of Asheville. They will stop there to pick you up. While on the bus the bus drivers will tell you about the area you're driving through and point out things of interest along the way. There are many stops along the way. What's nice about it is you don't need to drive your car to all those places while trying to find places to park and you'll usually have to pay. You can get off at any of the stops and catch another bus in about every half hour. Although you just need to know when the last bus comes around.
I'm not getting your notifications when you post videos. I found this video after watching another "subscribed" video. I like your new music sound. Very nice. Ted
Robert your real close to my stomping grounds. In Chimney Rock relax on the deck of The La Sarda and have some pizza. Its not NY pizza but its good. Relaxing view of the lake from deck.
I was born in Asheville and have lived here my whole life of 34 years. I never knew that about the Vance memorial. With everything going on right now it might just get pulled down.
Hi, I was born in Asheville 60yrs ago. My father would take me for walks downtown as we waited for my mother to get off work. The building is now an antique store, but she worked as a seamstress near the center of town. In 1965, they were just roping off the entrance to the downstairs area under the Vance monument. There were restrooms under there, but they remodeled the whole area back then, and it was remodeled again in the 90's, which I think was when they finally built new restrooms. I remember looking down those stairs that used to lead under the monument and there were 2 different kinds of water fountains at the bottom of the stairs, that day my father walked me over there. One was a great big porcelain basin that said COLORED on a sign above it, and the other was a tall aluminum looking thing that said WHITE above it. The next year, all of that was closed off and no more restrooms in the area until recently. Now I believe they have even fenced off the monument and removed the plaque that said "Vance"...I believe they will remove the obelisk too. I have not been uptown in a long time. Just what I see on the news now and then,....and I don't watch the news that often. Glad it's all going cause it was quite startling to see what I saw even as a child. Stayed in my memory.
2021----Robert has become a roving Ambassador for Winnebago...He now drives a black Colorado...and Minitini III...2021 travel is the East coast....maybe all the way to Maine...
At 14:07 those are Canadian Geese, I think they love the warmer temps down in this area, we had seen many near the Jack Daniel Brewery many years ago, heck when i was a teen i think...wow I feel old ---@-@---
