Saw a video on another channel and the apartment is cool too with the same amenities as your friend's for 250bucks. It's in the ON NUT area. You might need to check it Maryam. And above all, food. And fruits are relatively CHEAP

It's very cheap for $400. Same place in Seattle and San Francisco will cost about $1500 to over $2000 respectively
