The shopping center you were at was actually EmQuartier, Emporium is across the street on the main road (Sukhumvit).

why is coconut milk white? Its suppose to be slightly clear... If you open a coconut you will see the water not like 14:19

You actually don’t have to put what you called toppings in there😂 You put fish sauce in Yen Ta Fo which already have lots of flavors in it. It depends on your preference. If you like salty, then adding the fish sauce is correct. I love watching your videos☺️💗
