Guys let me clear that up for you. Bella Vista is the name of the county (corregimiento) which includes La Cresta, Marbella, obarrio, the crab town and old Bella Vista. So you guys are in old Bella Vista also known as Bella Vista itself. So basically either Bella vista viejo or Bella Vista Bella vista👌 You hit the nail on the head with the fact that it doesn’t look like Costa del Este but it just feels like home 🎯

We spent Christmas there ,it was beautiful, the parks were lit and Christmas music was playing, you can walk to the fish market, a 35 minute walk.and it is safe. We loved it. Now we are selling our house and returning.

Cinta Costera is the specific name of that "malecon", I think "Costera Strip" works in English.

Malecón is the general Spanih word to desctibe any walkable strip alongside the ocean

I’m sorry, I enjoy your videos also but reasonable pricing does not say anything. I’m actually trying to decide if Panama is an option for me. I need to know the price ranges. What you get more or less for how much. I’m always disappointed at the end that you guys do not want to go there.

You get used to it.. you acclimate.. heat and humidity are much more comfortable than cold and snow and ice

Some people like it, some people don't. If you don't like heat and humidity, do not consider Panama City. If you like heat and humidity, Panama City is like heaven.

Panama City is very sketchy. There are vast areas where the infrastructure is almost no existent. Large areas where there are no street lights but large groups of people hanging around. It is a city of extreme have and have nots. We never felt UNSAFE, but your radar is going to be going off, big time
