Yes! We finally made it to Bohol. It was very long but so far, trip is amazing! Have not gone around the area yet since we did not have the time since we arrived. But, I guess, we will try to explore the area after we get settled.
Here’s the trip itinerary so far:
From Leyte, we traveled to Bato, Leyte Port - 2-2.5 hours
Bato port, we took a big boat. Travel time is 11:00AM. Arrival to Ubay, Bohol is around 2PM.
At Ubay Port, car disinfect and strict compliance with their “no pork” policy due to ASF.
From Ubay Port, we were supposed to start the tour by going around Chocolate Hills and ATV adventure, however, we did not have time anymore.
So, we went straight to Tagbilaran City. It took us 3-4 hours travel time.
We had our dinner in an inasal near the Tagbilaran port.
After that, we traveled to Panglao where our accommodation is located, and it took us 45 mins to 1 hour travel time.
And we have settled.
Super long day, but the travel has been good, so far. And should be good for the rest of the trip!
