Gotta be nice to every fish even if it’s big or small, I was a little disappointed in myself for pulling some of the smaller ones up by the line, but I was worried I would fall off that rock if I tried getting close to the water to many times haha
Congratulations on the incredible work you have done on the channel! It's inspiring to see your dedication and passion for sport fishing. Each video is a valuable lesson, full of tips and teachings that really make a difference. Keep it up, your effort in sharing knowledge is admirable and I'm sure you're helping many fishermen to improve their techniques. Success always!"
Wow, I like to take the five weight fly rod into a few places similar to that. Olive, black, yellow and white wooly buggers (and pretty much any flies for smallies really, but those are my favorites lol) catch a lot of smallmouth and can make for a really fun day! What a beautiful spot.
River Smallies are a blast! I love the look of those RED EYED Smallmouth. Very cool. Spot 1 looked so nice! The Bass there were pretty torn up. I guess from trying to make it up the waterfall? The 20" was a beautiful beast! This video makes me anxious to get to Bangor, Maine! Soon. Great camera work as always!
What microphone are you using? That audio is crisp, my man. Love it! I'm hooked in your videos lately. Very calming. I've seen others call you the Bob Ross of fishing, and I have to say I agree.
@@Darnys91 haha I’m not the bob ross of fishing that’s Ndyak, I actually upgraded my audio setup to an even better one a few videos after this one. But in this video I was using a rode wireless pro and now I use a zoom f1 field recorder, I have it clipped to the back of my hat and it records audio straight from my rode wireless 2 mic to an sd card
@@NASPELTZ awesome! I'm looking to get into recording my fishing trips as well down here in northwest Iowa, and your audio has been some of the most pleasant that I've come across. Keep up the amazing work, man! God bless.
What a spot! A dream day on the water! I didn’t see a closeup or description of what lure /plastic/jig you were throwing? I looked in the description, but …?
It was just your average Ned rig, no specific brand for anything. Head to your nearest store and get a basic jig head and a pack of senkos and cut the senkos in half and use the half with the small end, I should have done a better job explaining I’m sorry
Wow that place is so beautiful. Is that part of the same river that you fished last week? Because there stacked up in last week’s video as well. I would give just about anything to be there with you Nathan. Much love and God bless you brother.
Hey Keith, this is a completely different river in a different state actually. This place is just as loaded with fish though. I hope you can find a spot like this around you and have a great day fishing. God bless
