EXPLORING GRANVILLE ISLAND, VANCOUVER LOOKOUT + FLYOVER CANADA 🇨🇦✨ plus a well-needed rest day! 

Your video randomly came up on my feed and as a Vancouver local I had to watch and see what tourists think of our city! Thank you for featuring my home in such a lovely way, when you live here full time it’s very easy to get bogged down and a bit jaded about the day to day things (traffic, prices, crime, construction, city planning etc). It makes you appreciate your home more when you see it through someone else’s eyes because it really is beautiful and it’s easy to forget that. Vancouverites often complain that there is not enough urban green space and that Tim Hortons is trash (it did actually used to be a lot better before being bought by an American fast food conglomerate). Your comments on our open green space, eco-friendly city we’re so refreshing and it was nice to see that Tim’s is still enjoyed by others too 😂. Thanks for highlighting our city so well, as a local I do love seeing tourists enjoy our city and there is so so so much to see and do here. I hope your family gets a chance to come back again and see more of what B.C. has to offer.

Another great vlog , again we did everything you did on our 2022 trip , except the look out we didn't realise it was there. I am sure the Olympic rings were on the waterfront

When researching our trip I came across that there is a free shuttle to Granville island as well I believe from right by the waterfront.
