here's a rule that passed down from my ancestors : If you visit a place, you've never been to before (even if it's a simple place such as a farm, or a garden) you need to ask permission like "Excuse me" or "Pardon me" because you're stepping in their territory. Another one, is that you shouldn't comment or say bad things about that place such as "ugh why is this place so stinky" or "why are the things so ugly" or anything that you think will offend a person. Because, my father had once did that when he was abroad, he was stuck at that place for a day. He couldn't find the exit. He remembered where it was, but he couldn't see it (he eventually went out, dw). When he came back, my grandfather told him that my father might have offended the spirit/ghosts so they blocked the exit. note : you don't have to believe it, but just remember to be respectful. I have experience with ghosts and with my experience you need to talk to them slowly and clearly, and give them time to respond some spirits like to take their own time you also need to make an atmosphere, for example have the lights turned off or just have the room dimly lit with candles. And before you start communicating with the spirits make sure you have clear minds and consentrate on the questions you want to ask , remember talking to them slowly and clearly, is the best way to maje sure they communicate with you 🙂 hope this helps

My school is 100% haunted it used to be a boarding school for girls and it’s over 178 years old There’s also a story that a few years after the school was opened there was a women who fell down the stairs and died and now people say that she is the grey lady who haunts the building

I feel like pearl was obviously disturbed by all the racket of you coming into the building, and if ghosts are anything like the previous living version of themselves, pearl would have been very old and slow etc hence why the thud happened right when it did. As for Sarah, if she WAS there maybe the reason she didn't come any closer is because she was trying to protect her baby. Just a couple of random things but maybe it makes sense 🤷‍♀️ edit: great. now I want turkey for dinner 🙄✋
