I think some of the old angled buildings might be called “spite” buildings. Careful of the “spicy chickens” we send your way. They get crabby for no reason. Lol
The street is pronounced Bra-so. An old family name in the Oconto area. This part golf Oconto was called Frenchtown. They had another Catholic Church on the other side of town called St. Joseph’s. St. Pete’s has been closed for at least 30 and probably closer to 30 years. Not Catholic but had family members that attended here.
🌟Thank you very much for the street name correction 👍I really appreciate it. I just happen to find this beautiful church in Oconto while on my way to Marquette MI. I did a quick search to try finding more about it. Thank you very much for sharing this information, much appreciated!, 😊
@@travelingfrogman You also missed the oldest First Christian Science Church building in Oconto. Beautiful little clapboard church. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_Church_of_Christ,_Scientist_(Oconto,_Wisconsin)
@@laobeau Thank you very much for info on this church, I was not intending to stop in Oconto, but will be coming back through again in future very soon and will spend more time in Oconto.
