I'm born and raised from Little Rock and you're definitely correct about the architecture, and the gentrification going on. My people are also from the westside of Chicago. She actually found you "the hood" exactly lol. There's more hood in the east end, and north Little Rock.I'm from the west end. Our homes are in nice neighborhoods. I make $150000 annually, and prefer to not be in the hood 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Absolutely beautiful. But to me, it just depends where you find a nice home and community, hell it's nice to me. I was born and raised in the hood and If I became a millionaire, guess what? I would have a home build in my community. NO DOUBT

MADE A RIGHT ON WOLFE ST, and you would have been in the hood where HBO filmed BANGING IN LITTLE ROCK. LOL You guys were maybe 1 minute from there. Love your channel. One more thing. You guys came on a boring Sunday. Through out the week, it's traffic like a MF. I hate it.

as someone born in North Little Rock Arkansas, it doesn't have as much crime as you'd think. I moved to Chicago maybe 5 years ago bc some of my family lives here but honestly I'm definitely thinking about moving back I'm feeling super home sick and it's amazing for all of it's nature, the malls and movie theaters are super close and fun to go to in NLR, it's smaller than a big city like Chicago but there's always alot to do. I'm saving money and getting my life together here in Chicago but I can't wait to move back to Arkansas in the next couple of years.
it's funny watching this video bc things you've passed I remember driving passed w my daddy in the truck, Arkansas has paint balling,fourwheeling,hunting,dancing,live bands and I miss the barbecue so much it always hits the spot.

I grew up near all the spots you guys toured, I even went to school in the area. You guys were in Tha Hood...LOL Not all of it is bad and there are so many hard working families in the area. I haven't been to the city in a while, It was fun to see it through the eyes of others. Oh and Battery Street that you guys were talking about, Yep. I lived on that street.. LOL. Before you made a right onto Asher before getting off of Universtiy Ave, you were right by UALR. A popular college here, you also passed the dorms UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS AT LITTLE ROCK. But yeah. I really forgot about commenting on this video. The first gas station you stopped at, lord have mercy, ain't no gas pumps been there since I don't know when, and I keep hearing you ask her to look for the hood...., OMG YOU ARE IN THE HOOD MY GUY "I AM CRACKING UP 😂😂😂😂" But now as far as the murder rate since you made this video...., OMG it has gone up tremendously and when I hear people from other states talk about it I cringe a little because I'm not afraid, mainly because I'm born and raised here and keep my ass in the house, but that would be for me if I moved to Chicago, St. Louise or somewhere like that, I would be concerned because I don't know the areas and how people are. Don't believe everything you see on the internet about little rock because it's not always true. Because its not always true i been in little rock all my life and i have stayed on both sides of the river and it's not like it us to be some years back
There is danger everywhere but I will say my 21 year old little sister did just die there on Leeds st on Sept 3rd 2021 💔 she went there and accomplished finishing her schooling but the day I was coming to get her she was murdered at her mother n laws home 😕 …..just watch yourself at all times ig is all I’m saying 🙏🏽 …especially in a neighborhood your not familiar with and even then ..watch yourself

I've lived in Little Rock since I was 23 yrs old. I'll be 41 in 2 weeks. I do not recommend. I am trying to move out of the Rock ASAP. Although, there "is" alot better/safer and nicer areas than that one. I live off University Ave but I live on the North side of it. Huge difference in N. University Ave and S. University Ave!

So ironic, I’ve been working in Little Rock for the past two months and just randomly decided to search “What to do in Little Rock” on here and the first thing you said was “Looks a little like Montgomery” LOL that’s where I’m from born, raised and still reside. But yes it definitely is similar to Montgomery in many ways, but LR’s downtown is blowing ours out of the water.
