I think the new logo and banner really showcase your channel and your combination of home and park/travel vlogs. I love the kids but think that having the logo be the two of you makes more sense and was definitely the best decision! ❤❤❤

Yea I will pass on the entire fly on food situation. Wonder why castaway cay doesn’t have that problem? Would probably just go for some swimming then go back on the boat to eat yuck!

For as long as I've watched Tim, he's never struggled saying pads or tampons. It is good to know that the resorts have those things incase you run out. But I agree, it is nice that he doesn't get wierded out about it.

First impression based a few videos I’ve seen is it doesn’t look all impressive to me. Less flys probably had to do with more wind. The reefs look like there will be some good snorkeling opportunities.

I love how in the last video you gave your recommendations on best beach spots to grab on Cataway Cay. What are your recommendations for Lookout Cay?

I think the fly situation will get better with time. People need to remember that this was only the 2nd time having food on the island (the last vlog was the first) and it's already better. Yes, that could have been because of weather, but covering the food and having fans will help. My biggest issue is that the island just doesn't feel Disney enough. It just feels like a basic island vacation destination. It needs more Disney flare. Plus it was opened too soon. I'd say give it 6 months to a year for the foliage to grow, let them get the kinks out, and get the flies under control.

Okay, I am happy they changed their logo but where is Jackson and Oliver?😢. If you a OG. You know they had there dogs for a while and I felt it as there family changed the boys should be there too. I Watch this with my girls. They love seeing the boys.

Could also have easily been that the fly population seemed to be a bit down that 2nd time on the Lookout/Lighthouse Island as much because it was a grey-er more overcast day that day than the previous time you stopped there on the trip out toward the Castaway place, as anything, just sayin'!!

Seems like it's going to take 5 to 8 years before the plants have filled in, and the "insect" situation is resolved. The trails to the outer reaches of island looked pretty schetchy and un-monitored.

This video made me 180 my opinion on this island. Your first video I was laughing at how bad it was, aside from the pretty beach. This video, after seeing all the other cool areas you can just walk to like the off-property areas, I would love to go to this island someday.

It's also possible that they're a more Seasonal fly that has a short fast breeding period, and then dies out quickly, so that they're only a true problem there for at best maybe a month to a month and a half, then they're done hopefully for the year.

Looks like a fun Island. The 1st time we went to Castaway we rented bikes mid day and we thought this will be so fun. No it was so hot! We were dying. Never again on any island Lol

They are still working on lighthouse point, everything is a learning curve. I’m sure it will improve exponentially.

The island isn't fully ready yet. Atleast they have taken the steps to have water jugs around the island. Also, let's not forget the first few trips are gonna have some issues and kinks. It's going to improve over time.
