I never was in Italy but I always had a taste for art and art history. When I was a child my grandfather had some books about the great museums from Europe. One of the volumes was about the Brera Art Gallery. I remember the amazement I had when I saw the figure of Mantegna's dead Christ...

I would 100% recommended going there for a weekend. I keep going back and will continue. I did find it to be more expensive, but that’s normal these days, cheers

After you met the Canadians, you were at an intersection at 14:00 and pointing to the right you said, "If you head that way, you will find the new city." Actually, you would still be in the old city and right there you would find the medieval castle and the city park.
