I live in Kip's Bay which is opposite Chelsea on the east side. The very few things going for it is a short walk to the East Village scene. If I had a chance tho' I'd move to Chelsea.

I think the buildings are older ones that they tried to maintain. Chelsea used to be beautiful I'm not sure what happened.

We still have so many to see in NY. Melissa and I will be back in November for the NY Marathon. Melissa is running. I need to see a game at Madison Square Garden. Crazy how one part looks so different to the next. Surprised you went to the high view. That market looks so cool.
