In today's video I return to Vehicle Simulator to check out the RMS Olympic, both in 1911 and 1930 editions! And end up smashing them together! Join this channel to get access to perks: / @jessegillett
In order to not have the ship moving and shaking while exploring the Interior, you can just move in 1st Person, basically also just hold shift and the Mouse Wheel to move, and right mouse to look around. If its too slow, just speed up the time with the F4 Button, or Shift + F4, dont remember. Slow down the time with F3.
Luckily I think the real green was much better looking than what was used here lol. From what I can find it wasn't as saturated. Honestly I do like the green :p It fits with those blue tiles she got from Britannic. Not that the original wood color wasn't better, but I certainly don't hate it. Also that floor is way too light, the tiles contrasted much better than that imo
thats a fact your guess is right the flooring of olympic was from her loss sister britannic alot of britannic's flooring that where never installed where put into olympic because olympic's old flooring where filthy and no longer fit for her because alot of soldiers stoomp on it so white desided to make new floorings for her by using britannic's flooring instead of making another flooring "yah save money"
Just remembered, if you want funky water settings I reccomend setting it for "Bump" - 20%" with more of a dark blue color, and maybe the reflecting too if the fps is good with it
Actually, the Olympic had 4 versions (original 1911, 1913 after the Titanic, 1920 where some things that the Britannic would have had were implemented after ww1 and 1934 art deco) the bridge was changed for 1913. I leave you a video where those changes can be seen
Very cool! I was wondering, as you didn’t show these sections, if there are any interiors in the 1st class elevator gear room and the second class elevator gear room. If you can let me know I’m curious 😂
3:10 - The 'redesign' of these windows on Titanic is pure speculation by the Titanic H&G team. I believe that Titanic redesign is not authentic and therefore a mistake, but that's just my opinion.
@@dailydoseofsunshine2319- I'm even more obsessed with accuracy myself. At least I care enough about authenticity of THG's reconstruction to publicly criticize the proposed alteration of those windows. There is in my view no evidence whatsoever that those windows were redesigned on the Titanic. The interpretation of the only surviving picture of the 1st class Dining Room done by the THG team, which appears to be the only justification for the redesign, is in my opinion flawed for various reasons. I've spent a lot of time verifying this and I'm confident that those windows were exactly the same as on the Olympic. I went through all the books and documents I could possibly find, and I scrutinized all available footage and pictures taken from the wreck of the Titanic, but there is just no supporting evidence for the assumption that the windows were redesigned, let alone redesigned in the way the THG team has done. The redesign just doesn't make sense. By the way, in the absence of supporting evidence, arguments from authority ('ad verecundiam') are completely unreliable and in fact pretty much meaningless if you're looking for proof of authenticity. In general, there's no reason to start drawing epicycles if there's a much more plausible explanation for a particular observation/anomaly (i.e. a poorly retouched black and white picture from the 1st class Dining Room). It's a simple matter of basic philosophy of science and intellectual integrity. In other words, don't change the original design of the ship, for which there is actually sufficient evidence of authenticity, just because of a dubious interpretation of an ambiguous picture that is not even plausible, let alone authentic. With the exception of the inauthentic and unnecessary redesign of the 1st class dining room windows, I think THG is doing a great job with their project. I just hope they will reconsider this mistake.
Not to get a lie it's kind of looked better with the normal wood and not to the green also this channel is the best this is the channel that got me playing tiny sailors world
honestly it's alright, but it would be better if they just put a green carpet or just some green here and there, not cover the entire staircase with it
Yea your favorite room is the smoking room. I remember when you where so shoked when you saw the smoking room at the old roblox titanic you where so happy.
What i have to say its just noice (and btw from what i saw from diference whit titanic and olyimpic the 1911 one at d deck the floor /carpet was purpule instead of red like titanic had)
for the galleys, Alex got those quite very wrong- but most of everything else right from what I know (apart from certain floor textures and things such as)
Grand staircase more like the Green staircase. The olimpic/the ship that its know for being not just being rezelince but also existed as the same time as the M-1911.
For some reason I don't have interior even though I am in view 1 and followed the instructions in the reader txt. Does anyone know how to correct this?
There’s a picture of the Olympic or titanic I think I think it’s most likey Olympic and there’s a picture of Another ship and I think that’s the RMS oceanic painted into the cruise version 5:13 edit: I did time lapse
Grand Staircase’ 1911 design was still more beautiful, elegant, cozy, and iconic after all than 1934 version design, I really dont like green it looks 3rd class design hehehe
Jesse Gillet... uhhh... Do you know how to toggle the lights on your ship on and off in Tiny Sailors World in Roblox? cuz if ya don't! just press the q button edit: if Jesse Gillet at least hearts this comment, he will know how to turn the lights on and off on his ship, and he will do it on his next video
11:08 THIS IS DISGUSTANG AF the only things i like abt 1930 olympic: the bridge thingy on the stern and more lifeboats and the yellow thing on her hull
