Beautiful, I hope you can stay for 150th anniversary of Bun Om Touk and 70th anniversary of Khmer independence in late November. Phnom Penh will have amazing boat racing, night boat parade, concerts, amazing fireworks and many more… I was there before COVID… super experience…

You need to get hotel by the riverfront and palace at least one day before Bun Om Touk and at least one day after before of too many people. Terrible traffic jam, you can’t go anywhere with cars etc…

I been there 2x. Look like u guy didn’t go to spring water. 1 hr off road to get there
