Tobagonians seriously need to be more friendly and welcoming to local tourists from Trinidad. I spent two weeks there all over the island and everyone was standoffish and and did not make me feel welcome at all. They never smiled, never wanted to engage in conversation and the vendors especially were always abrupt and seemed not to care about serving you. I never returned and I doubt I ever will.
