Is Easter a good time to visit Prague? Are the attractions gonna be open normally? What about the restaurants and shops?

Yes, it is a great time to visit Prague! The weather is turning into spring, you'll have the unique chance to visit the Easter Markets, and since the Czechs are not a too religious crowd, everything is open normally.
