India is such a beautiful country. We will always share our real experiences (the good and bad), but we care about being respectful to the people who live in the countries we visit, and we won’t exploit them for views. ❤️
Indian sand is toxicated with heavy metals and uranium - like always uneducated Indians don't know about this and poor pot makers won't have a mobile test lab to get his Raw samples verified.
There is no particular order to ring the bell, just peace, devotion, harmony and humanity in you is all that is required. Hinduism is not a religion but a way of life. Welcome to India. 🙏😊
Watching your Rishikesh vlog felt like taking a mini-vacation! The scenes from Ganga Beach were stunning, especially with the cows roaming around. India's charm shines through every frame of your vlog!
Near Rishikesh there are these great places to visit: 1) Mussoorie 2) Landour 3) Dhanaulti There is a channel called SnowBoard ProCamp. He did snowboarding in Gulmarg in Kashmir in Feb. You should see his vlogs.

Triyambakeshwar is prounounced as Tree(soft T) - ambak - esh-war. In Sanskrit and other Indian languages Tri means three, ambak means eyes, and ishwar is god. Thus Triambakeshwar means the lord with three eyes, Shiva
Philosophy behind ringing the bell - The sound of the bell is considered auspicious which welcomes divinity and dispels evil. The sound of the bell is said to disengage mind from ongoing thoughts thus making the mind more receptive. Bell ringing during prayer is said to help in controlling the ever wandering mind and focusing on the deity. There are other reasons as well

21:04 in such condition you should ask the locals to translate for you the old leady might not understand your hindi accent or may be she was being too stubborn but as soon as a local stops them they usually don't trouble the tourists (they does the same thing to the local indian tourists as well 😂 so, it's not a special treatment for the westerns 😂)

We were there doing the International Yoga Festival and it seemed people were staying at the Ashram. That would have been an amazing experience. I wish we had done it. 😅
@@mikeandashley It has wonderful AC rooms @ 500 Rs per bed. But it can be booked online only and preference will be given to religious pligrims. The sacred ganges flows just in front of Ashram. There are daily yoga, meditation, ganga aarti. Also you will get best quality food at reasonable price.
It’s beautiful! The Himalayas are unreal and the Ganga is so incredible as well. Such an amazing place. If you visit, stay in Topovan at the Bonfire hostel and tell them we sent you! 🙏
😮Please visit once South Indian Cities like Bengalore and Hyderabad but must visit Specially ancient cities like Tanjor, Mysore, Hampi , Nellore and kanchipuram. Also visit Lakshadweep, Andaman and Nicobar Island and Goa. Must visit Darjeeling hill station, Gangtok, Guwahati and Cherapunji in North East India. Don't forget to visit Pune, Ahmedabad, Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad) . And even Sardar sarovar Dam which has world's Tallest statue in Gujarat (Must visit). We will! We had to leave India, but we have plans to return and finish what we started. 🙌 South India looks amazing and we can’t wait to see what it’s got to offer. 🙏
Awesome video but you pronounce Ganga River Gaanges @0.03, it like calling Mr. John as Mr. Jaaahan but afterward you spell it right. I understand foreigners usually are unaware of pronunciation and they pronounce most names wrong but I hope there is scope for learning especially spelling holy names. wish you a happy journey to your future destination.
😵💫 few to do’s hot drinks are save , hot food with less oil is the mantra 🕉️. Im an Indian & i stay away from street food & go to tried & tasted eating spots
We are aware of this. However, people who’ve not visited India may not be, as I (Mike) wasn’t before we started researching our trip. So while we will always make an effort to call things by the correct name, we will also mention them by their common name so non local viewers will have context. 😊 Thanks for letting us know. 🙏
The ppl in rishikesh are outsiders ,the native ppl of uttrakhand resides in Himalayas do visit it like harsil 😊😊 ,dhanualti , these outsiders have ruined authenticity of uttrakhand We have our own language gadwali kumaoni but these up bihari have injected hindi here
Well that’s good moos! I mean, news. We LOVE feeding the cows. 🫶 We often buy them fruits and veggies from the stands around town. Thanks for the tip! 🐮
Here we have scammer everywhere please be careful blessings are just fold both of your hand in front of god than close the eyes and make your wish ring the bell that's it nothing more needed
Thank you for the heads up! We usually do a pretty good job of keeping our withs about us. Next time we'll know how to ask the gods for blessings without assistance, thank you so much. 🙏
As an Indian, I apologize for those awkward moments you faced due to those touts. They are run by criminal gangs by exploiting the poor and propelling them to beg.
There are no blessings that can be offered by a priest who charges you money; instead visiting a holy place and donation as per your own will is enough for a blessing
😂 That chai was so hot! 😅 I noticed that too when I was editing and was trying to figure out what it was lol. Maybe it’s all the caffeine I’ve been having since getting to India? 🤔
who recomended u to visit india in summer ? 😂😂😂 but as u have already came i will suggest u to visit uttarakhand , sikkim , himachal pradesh , kashmir etc. all these places have very high snow covered mountains and cold weather . otherwise rest of india is too hot specially southern india .
Yea, definitely a hot time of year to visit. 😅🥵 We spent last summer in Indonesia and Malaysia, where it’s also quite hot. So we weren’t too turned off by it… but it’s crazy! Mainly, we wanted to experience Holi, which is why we came at the time we did. 😊
@@coderoad3581 😭😭lol it's ganga not Ganges fool illiterate..there is no relation with accent why foreigners called vadapav is indian burger is different accent
I’m pretty sure we said both? 😅 We have to speak to both Indian and foreign viewers, and to be honest, I (Mike) didn’t know it had a different name until researching our trip. So we’ll always to our best to say the appropriate name, but will also refer to things as the world knows them for context and clarity. 😊
