Yes . Anyone that is only charged $5 for that tour should . Altho they aren’t allowed to take them so I laid the money on the ground and said “hey look , someone dropped some cash”
I love that you’re mixing it up a bit and doing some nature stuff too! Your videos are slice of life mini documentaries and truly unique. Keep up the great work Adam, you’re making a lot of people very happy.
This was the most relaxing and atmospheric video so far, i felt the stress flowing out of my body sitting in the boat with you hearing the gentle splashing of the paddle and listening to the guy with his relaxing voice talking about the swamp aaand i also learned new stuff.. wow what a beautiful and peaceful garden this is, thank you so much for that and see you tomorrow!
I literally drove right past you when you were filming that at strawberry stop on highway 52. If I didn't have to make my next delivery appointment I would have stopped to say hello. Love your work Adam!
Your boat guide was on his game! Efficient moving you all around and a wealth of information. And his calm demeanor was a perfect addition to this relaxing video. How great that we were practically in the boat or on the trails with you! Thanks, Adam!
I agree with many of the comments. The boat ride through Cypress reminded me if the glass bottom boat rides in FL. Awesome video Sir Adam. Please keep doing what you do. You are truly appreciated.
A flawless presentation!! Informative, entertaining, and beautifully visually crafted. Adam did a superb job in deferring to the guide for most of the trip without the need to "fill in" with needless questions and obligatory comments. Among what makes Adam rise above the rest with his vlogs is, much like this guide, he talks 'to' you and never 'at' you. And in my mind, never wastes words with self serving dribble or a patronizing demeanor
OMG!! We loooooove cypress gardens! So glad it's opened back up! It was closed for a few yrs. We had a bad storm come through and flooded it! Definitely in my neck of the woods man! Dang! Just down the street ....a few miles. Lol I'm so glad you enjoyed everything and your travel adventures! It's great seeing all the hidden gems of America! Especially in SC!
Great tour of that swap, that's also cool Swap thing was filmed there also, another awesome adventure Woo🕶✌I liked that tour guy he was nice and funny.
First off, thank you Adam for all the work you put in to create such great videos. I can’t even tel you how much I am enjoying this trip. My own list of places to get to is growing fast. Cypress Gardens is definitely on it. Your guide was incredible and that whole place is gorgeous. Thank you for sharing it.😊
Wow 🤩 that was phenomenal. What an absolutely stunning place and your boat guide was wonderful. Who wouldn’t want to live in a place called Strawberry 🍓. Thank you Adam for todays vlog. 👏👏👏👍
I like when you add so much history with your videos. I love knowing about all the old places. I'm pretty new to your videos and like when you see an animal, today a butterfly and turtle, and you talk to them !😄I noticed at the end you always say join me, shall you ? Almost thought you weren't going to say it. You make me smile when you do. 😊
Another great vid! It kind of captures not only the history and natural appeal of the swamp but also say's a lot for the calming serenity of canoeing or kayaking in such places.
Being a nature nut and photographer, I really enjoyed this! Never knew of this Cypress Gardens before. Your tour guide seemed like such a nice fellow. Good job to have! I SHALL be watching your next adventure!
Dear Adam, this is one of your best blogs. It’s very educational, interesting, enjoyable, entertaining and also relaxing. I really enjoyed watching it. Keep up the good 👍 work.
Interesting. I remember the swamp scenes in "The Patriot" very well. His character was based on "The Swamp Fox" Francis Marion, who is sort of the "patron saint" of the US Army Rangers. The battle at the end was based on the Battle of Cowpens, which led to the Battle of Guliford Courthouse in my area. Highly fictionalized but based on a lot of historical material.
That was so cool Adam, what a beautiful place, reminds me of FL a lot! I grew up in NC & have really learned to appreciate the diverse beauty of all the Carolina’s has to offer, so I’m loving this series. 💕 And your tour guide was a gem! Duck! 😆👏
As I watched this beautiful garden tour I realized why this series is so needed by me. I live in Southern California and I am reminded daily how much life has changed in my world.Thank you again. I love starting my morning this way.
Adam that was nice and old fashioned attraction. That was a good idea took my mind of the winter in Pennsylvania! Can’t wait to see what you come up with next😎
Hi there Adam the Woo. What a wonderful vlog. Thank you so much for letting us join you. Your boat guide was terrific. You could tell he enjoys what he does. That area where the cross is was beautiful. The whole park is beautiful. Thank you for what you do on a daily basis. Without you working so hard & letting us join you some of us would never get 2 enjoy thses adventures you go on. Thank you Adam. Greatly appreciated. God's Blessings today & always. 💕
I took my son there when he was a child. The old Spanish mission was still there. And he loved the place back then so much he just visited there a few weeks ago and took his little daughter for the first time.
First time I've ever heard your beloved "...hot steaming beverage" identified as coffee...by you! To be honest I never knew there is a Cypress Gardens in South Carolina. Thank you Adam for this real, genuine Americana. A fantastic journey.
Our ecalyptus trees in Australia do the same thing to the water with the tannins. Also do alligators jump?? Those walkways would never occur if it was crocodile country. That's a human buffet line waiting to happen LOL I'm loving this series showing lesser known areas of USA. Thank you!
I very much enjoyed today’s video. The cypress swamp looked beautiful, reflections of the tall trees on the surface of the water like a mirror. A relaxing vlog as well
Much to my surprise I really enjoyed this video. Cypress trees are neat, but the idea of swamp was abhorrent to me until I saw it. It's quite beautiful and I learned a lot. The guide was great. It's a place I'd love to see in person! Thanks for showing us this unusual garden.
Wow, what a beautiful place. I have lived in the Upstate of South Carolina since 1987, and had no idea that park was there. Thank you, Adam, for exploring these areas and sharing them with us. God bless 🙏
Adam thanks for allowing me to share that boat tour with you because I as well as you were able to enjoy a tour that was beautiful and beyond and the tour guide was fantastic with all his knowledge of that area also that bridge you went under must have been quite the treat having to bend way down just to go under thanks again for showing a place of beauty and the history of that area now with that being said peace ☮️ love ❤️ and happiness to you Adam and I’ll see you on the next Adams Big Adventure also please be safe out there also Adam I couldn’t be more happy then to be on this road trip with you and I will say you are picking the most unique and beautiful places to document and each place has some historical significance and that’s what makes this road trip so special thanks
Loved this so relaxing floating around on the boat. Used to enjoy the boat rides in the old Cypress Gardens at Winter Haven. Was really sad when that park changed 😔. Really enjoying the new adventure everyday.
OMG, My brother, cousins and I all used to paddle boats at CG when we were teenagers during the time the Swamp Thing was filmed there, Adrienne Barbeau was a very nice lady when we met her. Great video, thanks for sharing. 😃
I did not know there was a Cypress Gardens in SC. Very nice place. That kinda place is right up my alley. And the narrated boat ride is an added bonus.
I’m not a fan of most celebrities in fact most act self absorbed elite attitudes, but the Patriot is favorite movie of all time can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched it lost count 🤗💕 .. Really cool place 👍🏻
I loved this episode. I have watched the Patriot about 50 times, and loved seeing this. I have been to the Gardens...but I had no idea those graves were there. What a beautiful tour. Thank you for taking us along!
The Patriot movie was based on the turning point of the revolutionary War which was in Cowpens, SC. I learned that after I moved down here and on a whim visited the battlegrounds on Independence day. Wonderful tour. Quite interesting.
Lived in North Carolina for the majority of my life, but moved to Korea for work. Your videos have me itching to get back home and just wander the roads. Just pure love for the people and the country; I appreciate you sharing!
HEY, ADAM THE WOO & Mr. Big The Foot 👣 Yeah, I've always wanted to go to Cypress gardens It's Such a beautiful place With so much wildlife Turtles, Gators, fish, Alligators, you name It They have It pretty Dang awesome place to be and the Cypress Trees are totally cool The way they are In the water and there's very few branches but stand so tall in the guide was so very informative about almost everything In this park OK Take care stay safe God bless and will see you on the next video
Fantastic vlog, Sir Adam, the Wooster! This swamp reminds me of the Okenenokee Swamp in SE Georgia/Northern Florida where, both movies, White Lightning and Gator McCluskey (Burt Reynolds) were, supposedly, filmed. The bladder moss was, quite interesting. A natural insect eliminator. Very Cool, Indeed! You're rolling right along...2022 is looking good!👍
What a beautiful and relaxing trip. Thank you for taking us along! The Patriot is one of my favorite movies by the way, so it was really interesting to hear about it.
Enjoying these outdoor adventures, exploring these towns is so much better than reruns of Disneyland's same old content. You've found your niche We appreciate you!
Hey Adam! My husband and I have enjoyed your vlogs. I believe C. Norwood Hastie Jr. was born in 1915 and died in 1983 at the age of 67. Perhaps he served 20 years on the board as chairman. I could be wrong. Someone may have already commented or you may have already figured it out or I could be wrong! Thank you for taking us with you on these backroads!
I think the plaque was just referring to his time as chairman. He would not have become a leading horticulturist until he had studied for some time, and at 20 he would still have been in college.
What a great location, beautiful place! Thank you so much for taking us on the tour with you, hopefully people see the video and pay the location a visit.
