If you had kept tracking the forest for 2 or 3 hours you'll reach a place called khodmarg. You will see whole Srinagar from that place, it's awesome. Same with mohandmarg, you'll see whole Srinagar, a little bit of bandipora too. Mohandmarg is easier track than khodmarg. You should go there, you'll get the best ever footage.
