Exploring the Chinese Therapy Balls

Hello Greg, I loved your video. I have what I believe is tennis elbow (I don't play tennis). I used a pair of chinese balls that I had lying around the house. They are about the size of a quarter. I felt a relief after doing the rotational motion with the hand hanging by my side. It feels as it is targeting the right muscles/tendons. Could you tell me if you have heard of such a benefit for those balls? Am I in the right path? Are there any other exercises that I could use with the balls? When do I know I am ready for larger ones? Thanks!
