Exploring the Digital Executive Leadership Program 

First launched in 2018, the Digital Executive Leadership Program (DELP) has provided hundreds of public sector leaders from across Canada the opportunity to better understand the leadership challenges and opportunities in the digital era. During this webinar IOG Associate Ryan Androsoff provides an overview of the program and leads a discussion on the key insights into digital leadership in government gathered from program alumni. Joining Ryan for the discussion are some of the core instructors in the program, including: Dr. Amanda Clarke from Carleton University, design thinking expert Meghan Hellstern, data science and AI expert Jen Schellinck, and open source, accessibility, and sustainability expert Mike Gifford.
