I am the same as in having a million hobbies and interests! been struggling to narrow down to one thing but what helps is to know that we are a 'creative' person. Maybe to stop shopping uncontrollably, we should create - create new looks with the clothes we have, create new dishes with the groceries already bought, etc. For beauty I have been doing well - I try to pan one thing before I buy another one and that usually means a whole few months! I also try to stop buying new things before a trip because I know I will be buying a lot. Turn out I can survive a few months without buying anything lol
Everything you said makes total sense. I feel some happiness AND disappointment when I try on a bunch of clothes and nothing works for me 😅 My weak point is nail polish, but I've gotten better at thinking do I already have this colour or something similar, and also do I actually love it or do I want it because it's trending/others rave about it??
