Indeed NU STAR's MALL is a place of luxury with the presence of the following brands as tenants like TIFFANY & COMPANY, DIOR, BULGARI, GUCCI, SALVATORRE FERAGAMO, CELINE, the iconic RUSTAN'S and many more . Di naman. Pumunta po ako dito sakay sa CIBUS (bus na may rota from IT Park to il Corso at pabalik). Sumakay ako sa may Abellana/Emall tapos baba sa entrance ng Nustar mismo, 20 pesos ang bayad. Di mo naman kailangan gumastos, pwede ka lang naman gumala lang at magpa-picture tulad ng ginawa ko na nagvi-video lang. Sinasabi ko sa'yo, welcome ang lahat dito kahit window shopping lang. Maraming mga casino players na ang pinunta dito ay mag-casino kaya di naman magara damit nila, maraming naka-shorts at sandal lang. Kaya wag po kayong matakot gumala dito, kahit paminsan-minsan try mo. Kung ako sayo, ito gawin mo. Dalhin mo family mo tapos baba kayo sa iL Corso, sobrang gandang tambayan doon dahil tabi lang ng dagat at maraming makakainan na hindi mahal. Tapos lakad nalang papuntang Nustar dahil magkatabi lang sila. Pagkatapos ay sakay na ng CiBUS pauwi o di kaya ay baba sa SM Seaside City bago uwi. 👍

I am every year for some month in Cebu. I passed many times along Nustar when i drive. I never visit this place and i think there is nothing interresting for me inside. When i see this video this confirms my idea. I give this place only 15 years.

I frequent Nustar, for its restaurants and Casino, but through your vlog, I see areas that I have not visited at all like this long terrace where you have a view of the sea! I like also spending overnight here in the Fili Hotel for its luxury atmosphere( like being in a hotel in the United States) and for the amazing breakfast buffet! ! I like your vlog! 😊

My friends and I go here for the fun and the varied restaurants! The shops are pretty expensive, but fun to browse in, but I got tempted to shop at Jo Malone!

It need more landscape a water feature an open alfresco dinning almost like the sofitel manila hotel. And an artificial white sand feature . Then you can calll this a real 5 star hotel and resort casino. The brand name is too local. This is just gonna be like rockwell mall.

Haha alresco dining is not requirement for a hotel to be a 5star. It is more luxurious than Sofitel and even to Okada. NUSTAR Resort and Casino is set to open its second hotel, the flagship NUSTAR Hotel, later this year. This new hotel is expected to be an ultra-luxury property, potentially offering even more exclusive and expensive accommodations than the current Fili Hotel.

When I heard that Sofitel Manila is closing, I said, "They might get transferred to Sofitel Cebu," only to find out that the Masters Tower Cebu, which will house Sofitel Cebu, is still halfway done. Anyway, at least the Sofitel brand is staying in the Philippines through Sofitel Cebu.

They already have a beach, as can be seen in the aerial shots. However, they are not allowed to make changes to it, as written in the agreement. Unless the city government allows them, a dolomite beach would be a nice added attraction-the same dolomite being used in other resorts on Mactan Island. Additionally, the water in this channel is not yet safe for swimming.

@@healedlovedblessed Lahat ng nakikita nyo po sa video ay free access for public kasama na ang casino, di ko lang mavideohan kasi bawal magvideo sa mga casino. As for the pool, not sure if free access ba yun since for use lang sya sa mga hotel guests. Pwede nyo po subukan tanungin yung hotel concierge kung pwede ba ma-tour yung pool, baka payagan.

I just hope that the Nustar management will still be running this establishment when the time comes not by the cronies of the city government. Philippine government is notorious for poor management, corruption, poor maintenance, just to name a few.😂

I don’t like the architectural design of the outside, it’s ugly. Only looks better in the evening because of the lights.

Agree 👍. This could have been an architectural showcase, considering its prime location and status as the most luxurious mall in VisMin. They could have invested more in its exterior design. Additionally, some part of the rooftop is now a swimming pool for the hotel guests, I hope they will transform the remaining space in the rooftop into a garden with alfresco dining, offering a splendid view of the city, CCLEX, and Mactan Channel.
