Although Simon Hill is exclusively plant-based he made a point that whole foods that are plant-based affect our heart, our brain, our organs, our metabolism, and our mood in beneficial ways. He follows up his claims with science, and I very much appreciate how he brought in the effect of our choices on the planet showing us that there is a way out of our climate crisis. That could also clean up the mess that has been made from the standard American diet. Thank you for this podcast. Thank you for giving him a voice here.

I also really welcomed that Simon Hill discussed how humanity can start to rewild lands that are now used for raising beef and animals! It is great that Simon notes that we can reduce our impacts on lands by relying more on plants as our food. It will take much less land the more we rely on plant based diets. I also agree that a farmer who is able to rewild her or his farm should be reimbursed by society for rewilding and for giving back all the ecosystem services that the rewilding natural habitats provide!

It is really great to hear Simon Hill's insights on sustainability of our lands and how incentives can be shifted to pay landowners to restore their lands to natural habitats with high natural biodiversity! No more land is being made, so it is great to keep natural habitats more biodiverse and to leave some pieces of nature left behind for future generations! Thank you so much for speaking up one sustainable eating and land use! Simon has great insights into nutrition, and his great wide perspective on giving back to the earth that sustains us is fantastic and very wise. Kudos for this great video!

Sound was a bit choppy at the start but it improved. Glad you’re trying to get this information out there. I’d go read the comments on Whoop but I’m not feeling particularly self destructive right now. Maybe later.

Yea it is a bit muffled & low volume, same issue as whoop’s upload of this, but listening on earbuds helped vs speaker for me. but it’s a spectacular episode in terms of high level ground covered, one i will listen on repeat many times thanks Simon ur my #1 fav show I look forward to!
