Schnitzel ( SHNIHT-suh ) Haus (house in German) is usually a German or Austrian restaurant serving the dish schnitzel which is a thin cutlet of veal or other meat which is battered then breaded and fried. I may be wrong but I think you were supposed to walk along the other side of the tunnel where the drivers of the cars would be nearer to you.
