It’s been my dream to go up in that tower, every time I’m up in Duluth, I look at the clock tower with envy. Such beautiful sounds and a beautiful old building!

Banished_slym I checked and they still have the original E Howard Movement, but the weights have been replaced by electric motors so there’s no need to wind it, it just needs oiled every once in a while.
Through the years, graduating seniors were given the honor of going up into the clock tower to sign their names. The earliest ones are carved into the wood, later years they used spray paint or indelible markers.
