San Gervasio is an archaeological site in the middle of Cozumel where you can see historic Mayan Ruins. It's the best site on the island for seeing Mayan Ruins. There are multiple architectural sets that you can explore that are all connected by a network of white roads (sacbés). Some of the areas were a little bit further away than I thought they would be so I was glad I had comfortable hiking sandals on. I was also surprised at how few people there were here. Overall it was a really cool experience.
