Two things. 1. Great musical selection on this one and B. the way you both speak of Nandji makes the viewer believe she is a living breathing being and it is very refreshing. It also connects the viewer to your content in a very strong way. Thanks for the great content.

Another lovely video guys! For fish, try marinating it overnight or at least 4 hours in Italian salad dressing. Cook it in foil either on the grill or in the oven until it can be flaked with a fork. Cheers!

If you are doing a aluminum wrap for your fishes, try this next time. Lemon slice underneath, a splash of white wine chop up garlic and fresh dill on top salt and pepper to taste An asian version Ginger slices underneath sliced up green onions on top a dash of shoaxing cooking wine (you can use vinegar wine if you have that) boil a mixture of 50% water, 50% soy sauce + 1 teaspoon of sugar pour the soy sauce mix onto the steam fish with a dash of seasame oil

nice one guys, your last 2 videos exploring the islands are tops. we have been to new caledonia once for a afternoon / night, on one of those super large stink boats that has a few thousand people on board. coming into port i spent all my time looking at the islands, cays and sail boats. thinking i wish i was on one of them exploring, we are doing it again at the end of October. one day will will be sailing about, just waiting for the kids to grow up and to get a sail boat. keep up the great videos u 2.

most fish ,, like orange. roughy.. pesto, plus butter.. tomatoes , scallions and mushrooms.. bake all together about 325 for half hour. put over wild rice and enjoy... Dan

Sorry I'm not the Pro surfer guys. I get it a lot, but being the Pro surfing Wilko is a decade younger than me I like to think he's stealing my thunder! ;P Thanks for the great vids for which I'm more than happy to throw a few bucks in to the froffee account to help out. If you ever make it south to Tassie I've got a mooring in a sheltered lagoon for you to swing off and its not far from Ship sterns bluff if you're game enough to tackle it. Love ya work. Wilko
