Throughout our journey, we explored both the well-known and lesser-known gems of Tirana. From the iconic Skanderberg square and statue to the historic Fortress of Justinian, every step we took was steeped in history.
A visit to Tirana wouldn't be complete without a stop at the majestic Et'hem Bey Mosque, a true architectural masterpiece. The vibrant hustle and bustle of Blloku, the city's trendiest district, enchanted us with its vibrant and trendy cafes. We even took a leisurely stroll through the picturesque Grand Park and lake of Tirana, immersing ourselves in nature's serenity. Also night life in Tirana is great and much outside parties.
Our exploration led us to the captivating new Bazaar, where we indulged in a sensory overload of delicious local food and vibrant market stalls. And who could forget the iconic Pyramid of Tirana? This striking symbol of the city's past creates a perfect juxtaposition between history and modernity.
We had during our visit in November still temperatures around 25 degrees and much sun. But we also experienced an unexpected twist of nature with a sudden storm and city flood on our last day what gave some spectacular footages from a flood of water in the city center.
