I miss that guy too! He started a dirt working buisness and got super busy, and I started a marketing buisness and got super busy so our schedules never line up anymore 😵
Stumbled upon this video in my recommended section! Next time you’re in the area take hwy 410 up to the little naches turnoff. Lots of trails that your rig is more than capable of handling. There’s a trail in the area called “Ravens Roost” that would be a super nice drive similar to bethel ridge.
Great video, it randomly popped up and I'm glad it did. We go up on hwy 12 to camp every year and always pass this turn off. We have always been curious how it looks up there so I was super stoked to see this. Thanks!
Finally got to run this route over last weekend in our 2023 Subaru Ascent. We camped up at the top of the hidden viewpoint on Bethel Ridge. Spent the 2nd night up at Manastash Ridge Observatory. Great roads with some technical areas, but mostly very rocky (and deep ruts on Bethel Ridge Road specifically).
Max you need to include Desiree and the kid's. Your revenue will double up and views tripled. WE MISS HER. The farming channel are also super quite. ..🙈🙉🙊
Enjoy that area up there. Roughly 30 guys (friends & family) from my wife’s family gather up there every year in late April for “Man Camp”. Only had one day with any rain this year out of the 5 days we were there.
Nice to see you made it up to bethel ridge! It was a nicer drive before the fire unfortunately, but still a lot of great views! You’ll have to stop at the brewery in naches next time you make it to this side of the mountains
Man…. As a fellow Washington resident, but unfortunately i am used to wheeling the east side of California… “under rated trail” had me excited for a technical trail!!! Under rated in terms of views… gotcha.
Lovin the taco! I’m happy to be in Washington now for military purposes, hey Maxx, do you know a shop that rebuilds king shocks in WA? I hope I don’t have to send them to CA to the actual king shocks shop……..
Yes, part or the WABDR. A couple of years ago that was very dense forest where the ruts were before the fire. There was only one way through it and that was very tight and challenging. In the middle of June, with mud, slime and ruts, it would have taken 8 hours to get that group through. So now, after the fire it is over rated, before epic.
Yo Mr. Maxx!!! When and where is the next meetup and would a stock 3rd gen Tacoma be sufficient equipment? Also, what kind of radios do you guys use out there for truck to truck comms?
Who is the diesel land cruiser? Great video by the way. You remind me of everything I want to do but just end up with too much to do. But my 1st gen 4dr rebuild is in the works
This looks awesome! Where is the start/stop for this trail? I know it's near Nachese, but wasn't sure of exact location. Also, about how much ground clearance do you think you'll need to get past those ruts (or can they be bypassed)?
Lmfao! The two guys that were baja trashing there trucks had failures the next day…go figure. Sweet job on the truck though. It’s been a minute since I’ve watched an episode!👍
