Chris I applaud you for understanding that the ultimate reward comes with waiting for what you want until you can pay for it. It took me several years to learn that but once I did, it was life changing. You own your own time when you don't owe other people. I miss the numbers on the windshield..... :-))))))

I wanna give you props for caring more about financial freedom and paying off your debt than your appearance. So many people in our generation these days are the opposite. I like the mad max vibe anyways.

At least you were able to say the words "I'm out of shape" instead of just gasping for breath. There's still hope for you. lol I remember those runs in Alaska with Kobuk covered in mud, that was one happy pup.

That's an impressive solar system. It's a shame to have all those panels on the roof & have your laptop battery go dead. I have a small Yeti power system with an inverter that lets me charge off 12volt, if needed. That's better than looking for outlets in a bathroom. I'm sure your system is up by now. 👍🏻

It's called Lake Pleasant not Pleasant Lake 👍 My old stomping grounds. I liked it better before the new damn. Learned how to ski there 30+ yrs ago, slayed a lot of bass and did a lot of hunting out in that area. Bartlett was probably my favorite. Love what you did with the bus... first time viewer👍

It seems like you have a pretty rad electrical system! Most of stuff if not all of it goes way over my head oh, but I hope that within time I'll start learning more and more about it. I used to go on the road a lot as a cell tower climber. I always missed my dogs the most. I was going to ask during your video of the bus being washed if you had any kind of sealer on the new skins you built?

That's some serious battery bank, how long will you be able to run the air conditioner. nice amount of solar panels as well. Do you think you could make it overnight in arizona in the summer with your setup without running a generator. i have not watched many of your videos...maybe you don't have a generator. Im curious are the mechanical parts easy to get for a school bus as it ages. my rv is 1994 and although its in great condition, some parts are hard to find now. so either i have to get a newer rv in the future or do some other setup...like a truck and trailer or 5th wheel. or buy the same motorhome for parts. i love my motorhome so i hope i can get parts for a few more years.

No generator? That's being a solar snob! ha ha ha Chris, the lights on the controllers might be annoying if they shine at your bed (can't tell). Top notch equipment for sure. Note sure about lithium, but you might think about adding the 2 other batts sooner than later, just so they age about the same; maybe not relevant to lithium. Looking good......see ya.

For about $20 you can get a small inverter at Lowe's or home depot, you can plug it into a cigarett lighter or power port in your bus dash and charge your computer when your driving

Hi chris, just want to say that I have a onan JC 4 cylinder diesel that is 12k in 1 phase or 15 k in 3 phase that uses 3/4 of a gallon per hour. I have 4 deep cycle batteries a I run the genset 1 hrs in the morning and 1 hrs at night to charge the batteries, or I can run the diesel truck engine the same way, you can buy a lot of diesel for 9000!! I also have a 2000 watt Yamaha generator clone that I paid 250.00 for and I use it more than the the onan, so I really don't understand why you need that much solar!! I'm on the road for 4 mo in the winter, I have a girl friend that comes with me for 3 weeks at Christmas and then flys back to go back to her j.o.b. lol so I understand how lonely it can be on the road!! As for g. I would be looking for another woman, or agree to have an Open relationship, that said everyone has needs and especially a man. So follow you dreams and the right woman will come, I like being alone and I like company, I really don't like to compromise my life, I'm 57 and loving every minute, remember it's all about the journey and don't travel so fast that you pass up your adventure, take care
