Exploring Wonderful Wild Berkeley Springs, WV 

We drove though this town once. Stopped ate lunch. Walked around the “town square”. Drove around a bit drove past the castle. Then we made an offer on a great home! We just fell on LOVE! I can’t wait to move in! Sometimes “HOME” find you when you aren’t even lookin!

I went through there in 2019 by accident. Ended up staying there for about 3 hours just talking with people whilst dipping my feet in the waters at the state park. Awesome. To most people, that would seem boring, but it was the complete opposite. I walked into the park office and the guides were extremely friendly and even gave me a tour. I need to go back and visit the castle and walk through The House of Cats.

My grandparents purchased some land up in Great Cacapon there years back! Berkeley Springs is beautiful as is the whole state of WVA

I love 3 minutes away walking from the town part with the George Washington bath tub! It’s pretty cool to see someone taking a trip and seeing my hometown on videos! I do love it here for scenery but I do wish the kiddos had more to do! It’s come a long way but still more work to do! One thing that sucks here is not having enough housing opportunities for everyone.. WV being poor is a serious issue that I’m really glad you brought attention to if even for a brief second.. I’ve been staying with my mother with our toddler and bf bc housing is just few and far here when everyone from MD comes and tourists buy all the homes it’s nearly impossible to find one!

Thank you for visiting. Town has events year round (the biggest being Apple Butter Festival -- had to cancel this year), and interesting hospitality venues throughout the town for all our guests.

THATS CRAZY i just started watching ur videos and i actually live in WV (i live in great cocapon but its still technically berkely its like 15 mins away) also if you ever come back to berkely springs you should check out mythical pizza its amazing and if you do ever come back hopefully i see you lol it would be cool to meet you id prolly have to ask about billy the kids grave lol ive always wanted to go there to he was my idol when i was growing up but if your still travelling a good place to check out is point pleasent wv ive never been there but id always wanted to because its home to mothman one more thing about berkely springs is at the park you dont have to pay for water if you bring your own jugs you can get as many as you want but if you dont bring jugs then jugs cost 1.00$

Oh my gosh please turn that banjo music down or off. It's really distracting, just a bit over-the-top that's all. 😵‍💫 Ever since covid there was a much bigger tap at that spring House and they have capped it off and then they add chlorine to the water! Not a lot of it but still.
