I watched your film very carefully because it is very interesting to see places I have known since childhood, through the eyes of someone who came from far away. I can't believe that there are still people working at the ticket offices at the slopes who don't know basic English. It's not necessary for them to know the language enough to give lectures in English, but in my opinion at least these dozen or so sentences about their work should be the absolute minimum nowadays.
