You can use the same base for toxic rain (chaos multi in this case), you dont need the accuracy, but if it roll life just craft attack speed or vice versa

How do i find a hunter influenced quiver in 3.19?

I made mine a different way: - Bought a Broadhead arrow quiver with "26% To damage over time" fractured mod (4divs) - Spammed Deafening essence of Woe for the "Increased damage with bow skills" T1 mod untill I landed T1 life with it. - Try to get the above without a 3rd prefix and an empty suffix (Annuls can help) - If there are any suffixes on the quiver, use Prefixes cannot be changed and scour, leaving just DoT, Dmg with bows and Life. - Craft "Can have up to 3 crafted mods", then craft Attack speed and Inc. Elemental damage with attacks. Pretty deterministic, although abit expensive, but the result is a great quiver for EA.
