I would consult a doctor first. It pain is manageable you can probably try to do some of the moves.

in season u usually have less time j go w full body, offseason u have more time go upper/lower

@@chillymardy I would suggest doing full body on days you’re not practicing. It also depends on what kind of stuff you’re doing. I would focus on strength training earlier in the season then move into more explosive workouts closer to competition/games.
