If govt of India really wanted new young entrepreneur s , they wouldn't punish for just one mistake. Let me explain. I wanted to export for my country therefore after getting IEC license and others also registered Gst number. This was in March 2020 covid lockdown. So no business transactions. I did not know that I had to file returns even if no business no sells. More over notification by sms came after nearly 1 year by that time there was huge late fee. For that mistake we had to bear 50, 000 late fee. Wow. Thank you GST. Thank you Govt of India. Now I doubt we can ever start business. It's not GST fault it's our fault for trusting my nation and it's system.

I show commission in my export PROFORMA INVOICE and also I show it on my invoice when I file shipping bill my commission amount not included in invoice value is there any problem when I got my money from buyer

Will Chile/Peru levy any import duties for transhipping the container and moved through road/rail mode?
This will depend upon the incoterm you have negotiated with the buyer. In DAP, CIF etc, of course the freight will be more as you are also including the ocean freight and local transport. Thank you

That’s a good strategy can go ahead. You can also use 3P distribution. Documentation is the minimalistic last thing to worry about. Managing logistics and buyers shall be priority one.
