If they are felons on "parole," shouldn't that disqualify them from voting? The problem is, however, that when they show up with some fake ID to a polling station (or multiple polling stations), how do poll station workers definitively know they are a "parolee?" The ridiculous way US elections are organized, Kim Jung Il could show up and vote, no questions asked.
