To be honest IMO, it doesn’t really matter what her race is and what race she is or is not, what matters is how she’s doing the job, and unfortunately that doesn’t look very good at all :(

Her mom is indian, but her dad is a black Jamaican, so technically Kamala is both. She is equally as indian as she is black. If you want to be totally correct, you'd say, "She is a mixed race woman of both Indian and Jamaican ancestry", however it makes no sense to say that she is "Indian not black" when she is both in equal parts. It's like saying "Obama is white" just because he has one white parent. Just say "mixed race" or "biracial" and leave it at that.
